The mod author really needs to go back and give individual names to the NPCs he adds and rename the buildings in the villages. Here are what I am using right now to enhance the 'civilization' of Skyrim: Hroldan Nightgate and Sawmill Villages - Adds 6 villages to the game surrounding 5 sawmills + Nightgate Inn. I'm pretty sure, we won't see a a city that actually can hold 30. It depends on how much you want from your towns. Or was unsatisfied with the minor Cities and towns of Skyrim 2 for those of who.

It's one of the biggest cities in the northern kingdoms with nearly 30.000 citizens as mentioned in the books from Andrzej Sapkowski. The Forgotten City is a popular Skyrim mod that could make a great game.

To get to unexplored towns it's often quicker to just use the wagon outside. I really love the world in Skyrim and i wandered through it for over 150 hours, but the so-called 'cities' should better be called 'really small villages with stone walls around it'. which merely requires you to nab 500 gold from various cities in Skyrim. Skyrim's 'big capital city' Solitude is like 20 houses big, with literally one street. The cities, especially the capital cities like Imperial City in Cyrodiil or Solitude in Skyrim, are bad jokes in terms of sheer size. To be honest, i haven't played much RPGs besides The Witcher (1+2) and Elder Scrolls (Oblivion and Skyrim) in the last few years, so i don't know how this is handled by other (Open World-)RPGs, but there is one thing that really bugs me in the otherwise great open worlds of the latest Elder Scrolls-titles:
